Wonderful Site - Informative and nicely set up. I lived in Warfield from 1947 to 1964. I still love it when I go back to walk to Elliott Street and where all my friends lived.

Thought I would say hello on behalf of my family...my husband was born and raised in warfield and recently we have just moved to your beautiful village...I now know why he loves it so much here....what an awesome place,and the kids have done awesome with the adjustment at Websters school,and the neighbors and the rest of the community have been so kind and welcoming,we are happy to call this our home...

Just stop by to your site, as I am doing background on my surname. I was in Foster homes so don\'t know a lot about the Warfield name or where it came from.

Just researching my last name. My parents are gone so resource to the web for anything. I found this quite interesting.

Hello to everyone still living in Warfield.

Around 1960/61 I lived in Warfield for a short time. I was aged 8/9 and in the house next to us the people had a huge walnut tree. The house looked just like the one in the picture.
I remember an older girl called Lola who used to lead really complicated games of hide and seek. These often involved basements and she had the most wonderful imagination. If this rings any bells to anybody I would love to hear from them.

I lived in Warfield for a short time as a child, and I was charmed to see those lovely houses again.

Secondly - I like your website but it could do with some more pictures - in colour - of now, and maybe a webcam. The word municipal is incorrectly spelt on the Village Council page and you need a link to the nearby ski resort of Red Mountain.

I will be posting all the photos that I took of Warfield area last summer, to a new gallery on WK UNPLUGGED in the next week, with a goal to help show off how beautiful Warfield is, and will be doing a short story on WKU in the next week or two to let my many site visitors
know what a nice place Warfield is, if they are considering a move or visit to the Kootenays.
