Village Of Warfield

Community History

Warfield is identified by the distinguished style of homes in Upper Warfield that earned it the nickname "Mickey Mouse Town", by the trees of the Beaver Bend Area, and by the beautiful gardens and well-kept properties of Annable. Each distinct neighbourhood in the Village contributes to Warfield's unique way of life.

Firefighter Ace Bailey was instrumental in establishing the local Credit Union. Initially the Credit Union was located in the back of the fire truck. The back of the truck was viewed as the safest place to store money.
