Proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 989, 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to s.94 of the Community Charter and s.464 of the Local Government Act that a Public Hearing will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, 10 August 2026 to allow Council to receive public input on Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 989, 2026.
This hearing will be conducted in person in Council Chambers at the Warfield Municipal Building, 555 Schofield Highway. Anyone wishing to participate may do so in person. Written submissions can be emailed to info@warfield.ca.
Purpose: A Zoning Amendment Bylaw to update the list of Development Permit Exemptions.
Land subject: All parcels within the municipal boundary of the Village of Warfield.
Amendment inspection: Available for viewing from 14 July to 10 August 2026 at the Warfield Municipal Building, 555 Schofield Highway, between 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday through Thursday or by clicking here.
