Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 990, 2026
Pursuant to section 227 of the Community Charter, public notice is given that Council for the Village of Warfield has given first and second readings to “Village of Warfield Permissive Tax Exemption 2027–2029 Bylaw No. 990, 2026” and will consider the adoption of the Bylaw at its Regular Council Meeting to be held on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
The proposed bylaw would exempt 100% of the land and improvements for the properties listed below from property taxation for the 2027, 2028 and 2029 taxation years. The properties are owned by the Trail Association for Community Living.
