A Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 in regard to the adoption of an Official Community Plan amendment. This Public Hearing will commence at 6:00 pm in the Village of Warfield Council Chambers – 555 Schofield Highway, Warfield, BC.
The intention of the Integrated Official Community Plan amendment is to change the land designation of a property on Bingay Road, legally described as Lot 34 Block 4597 NEP 23347 Kootenay Land District, from land designation Comprehensive Residential Development to Comprehensive Commercial.
