Webster PAC has been fundraising since the fall of 2014 for our “Building Pride”: New Intermediate Playground Project and we are pleased to announce we have met our $155,000.00 fundraising target and the new playground will be installed on June 25th. The new playground would not have been possible without generous donations from local corporate sponsors, personal donations, community partnerships and SD20 as well as local and provincial granting opportunities.
The PAC Playground committee is looking for community members to assist with the unloading of the playground pieces on Friday June 24th and/or with the installation of the playground on Saturday June 25th. There will be a supervisor from the playground company onsite to direct the teams of volunteers for the build.
